These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us") and the school, institute or person ("School", "you") that registers for or uses the school management software available at https://ajontec.school and its mobile apps ("Service"). By registering, paying or using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is an online (software as a service) school management system: admissions, students, fees, attendance, examinations, staff, payroll, communication, websites and related modules. Features depend on the plan and add-ons bought by the School. We may improve, change or discontinue features; important changes are announced in the software or by email.
2. Account and users
The School is responsible for the correctness of the data it enters, for its users (staff, teachers, students, parents) and for keeping passwords secret. Every action done with a login of the School is treated as done by the School. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
3. Plans, prices and payment
Plans, limits, prices and add-ons are shown on the website and in the software and are governed by our Pricing, Subscription & Add-on Policy. Prices may change at any time for new purchases and renewals as explained there. Taxes (GST) are applied as per law and shown on the tax invoice.
4. Data of the School
All data entered by the School (student, parent, staff and financial records) belongs to the School. The School is the "Data Fiduciary" under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and must have a lawful basis and, where needed, the consent of students / parents (for children: of the parent or guardian). We process this data only on behalf of the School to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
The Service must be used lawfully and according to our Acceptable Use Policy. SMS and WhatsApp messages must follow TRAI / DLT rules and the WhatsApp Business policies.
6. Availability and support
We try to keep the Service available at all times, but maintenance, updates, internet or provider problems may cause interruptions. Support is given by email / phone on working days. Backups are taken regularly; the School should also export important reports regularly.
7. Suspension and termination
If a subscription expires or is not paid, access may be limited or suspended. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms or the law. The School may stop using the Service at any time. After the end of a subscription the data is kept for 90 days, during which the School can request an export; after that it may be deleted permanently.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example loss of profit or data entered wrongly), and our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the School for the Service in the three months before the claim.
9. Intellectual property
The software, designs and templates are owned by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. The School gets a non-transferable right to use them during its subscription. Copying, reselling or reverse engineering is not allowed.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date of the latest version is shown on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means the new Terms are accepted.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Courts in Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction.
Grievance Officer
For any complaint about the service or about personal data, write to our Grievance Officer at info@ajontec.school (subject: "Grievance"). We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and try to resolve it within 15 days, at the latest within one month.
