This Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed when using the Service of Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited.
- Uploading or sending illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful or harmful content, or content that violates the rights of others.
- Sending unsolicited / promotional SMS or WhatsApp messages without consent, or messages that break TRAI, DLT or WhatsApp rules.
- Entering personal data without a lawful basis or consent, or using the data of students, parents or staff for any purpose other than school work.
- Trying to access other schools' data, other accounts, or parts of the system without permission; testing security without our written approval.
- Uploading viruses or malicious code, overloading the system, automated scraping, or sharing logins with unauthorised persons.
- Copying, reselling, sub-licensing or reverse engineering the software.
We may remove content, block messages or suspend accounts that break this policy, and may inform the authorities where the law requires it.
Grievance Officer
For any complaint about the service or about personal data, write to our Grievance Officer at info@ajontec.school (subject: "Grievance"). We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and try to resolve it within 15 days, at the latest within one month.
