Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited provides a digital online service. No physical goods are shipped.
1. Activation
After successful payment the subscription or wallet recharge is normally activated immediately and automatically. In rare cases (payment confirmation delay, offline / bank payment) activation can take up to 24 working hours. The login details are shared on the registered email / mobile number.
2. If activation does not happen
If the service is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with the transaction reference. If we cannot activate it, the payment is refunded as per the Refund Policy.
3. Other services
Services such as setup, data migration, website design or printing are delivered within the time agreed with the School.
