This policy explains how plans, prices and add-ons of the Service work.
1. Plans
Each plan has a price, a period (for example monthly or yearly) and limits (students, staff, teachers, parents) and includes the modules listed for it on the website / in the software. Using more than the limits may require an upgrade.
2. Price changes
We may increase, decrease or restructure prices, plans, limits and offers at any time. A new price applies to new purchases immediately and to renewals and upgrades from the next billing period. The price of a period that is already paid does not change during that period. Discounts and offers are for a limited time and may end without notice.
3. Add-ons and extra charges
Some features and services are not included in the plan price and are charged extra, for example: SMS and WhatsApp messages (through the wallet), custom domain and website design services, data migration, customisation, printed ID cards / documents, training or on-site visits, third party services (payment gateways, biometric machines, SMS / WhatsApp providers). The price of each add-on is shown before purchase or agreed in writing.
4. Taxes and invoices
GST is applied as per law. Unless stated otherwise the displayed plan price includes GST; the tax invoice shows the taxable value and the tax. The School can enter its GSTIN in the software to receive a GST invoice for input tax credit.
5. Renewal and expiry
A plan must be renewed before it expires to keep full access. After expiry, access may be limited until payment is received. Data is kept as described in the Terms of Service.
6. Upgrades and downgrades
An upgrade takes effect after payment of the applicable amount. A downgrade takes effect from the next period; features and limits of the lower plan then apply.
