This Privacy Policy explains how Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with the school management software at https://ajontec.school ("Service"). It follows the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Roles
For data of students, parents and staff entered by a school, the school is the Data Fiduciary and we act as its Data Processor. For data of our own customers (school owners, administrators, website visitors, enquiries) we are the Data Fiduciary.
2. Data we process
- Account data: name, email, mobile number, school name and address, GSTIN.
- School records entered by the school: admission, attendance, fees, examination, staff and payroll data, photos and documents.
- Payment data: transaction reference and status. Card / UPI / bank details are handled by the payment gateway, not stored by us.
- Technical data: login time, IP address, device and browser information, cookies needed for login and security.
3. Purpose
We use data only to provide, secure, support and bill the Service, to send service messages (for example fee receipts, notifications requested by the school) and to meet legal duties (for example GST invoices). We do not sell personal data and do not use school records for advertising.
4. Children
Student data is entered and controlled by the school. The school is responsible for obtaining verifiable consent of the parent / guardian where the law requires it. We do not use children's data for tracking, profiling or targeted advertising.
5. Sharing
Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the Service (hosting, SMS / WhatsApp / email providers, payment gateways), under confidentiality, or when required by law or by a lawful order.
6. Security and storage
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords stored as secure hashes, access control per role and school, and regular backups. Data is stored on servers in India or with reputed providers. No system is fully secure; any personal data breach will be handled and reported as required by law.
7. Retention
School data is kept while the subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends (for export), unless a longer period is required by law (for example accounting records).
8. Your rights
Individuals can ask for access, correction or deletion of their personal data and can withdraw consent. Requests about school records should be sent to the school; we help the school to fulfil them. Other requests can be sent to us.
Grievance Officer
For any complaint about the service or about personal data, write to our Grievance Officer at info@ajontec.school (subject: "Grievance"). We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and try to resolve it within 15 days, at the latest within one month.
